As we near the six month mark living in our new home, I want to thank you for your help in finding this wonderful house.  Val and I have fallen in love with Charlotte, and this house is one of the major reasons for that.

When we first came to Charlotte, we thought we knew what we wanted and where we wanted it.  You were very helpful in finding homes in that area which met our expressed desires.  Before we arrived, you sent us pictures and descriptions of several wonderful house.  When we came back to Charlotte for serious house hunting, you took us to see the ones we picked.  We were under a somewhat tight time table to find a house and get back to California.  You were very patient and drove us around town to multiple houses each day over a two week period.

To make matters more difficult for you, each day, we would see things that were different from what we thought we wanted and change the description and eventually the area of town we wanted to focus upon.   We eventually settled on a wonderful patio home under construction in the Ballantyne area, entirely on the opposite side of town from where we started our search.

When we went back to California to sell our house there and move back here, you visited the building site several times and photographed the progress under way, emailing the pictures to us so we could participate in the excitement over the construction.  You even pointed out errors in the construction and had them corrected so that there was minimum time to close on the house when we finally got back to town.

Every part of our transition to Charlotte was a joy, topped off by your professional care in finding this wonderful home for us.  We have already mentioned your real estate services to friends who are considering moving to this area and will continue to be proud recommend you in the future.

When I began searching for my first home, I originally made the mistake of choosing an agent with a large, well-known Charlotte area realty company.  Being a first time home buyer, I needed a great deal of service because I did not know anything about the processes involved!  I also had a small budget.  Long story short, I had a terrible experience with this agent!  It was evident that my business was not worth their time and energy.  After a couple months of a degrading lack of service, I decided to give up the idea of owning a home, certain it was just not a possibility for me.    Luckily, a friend would not let me do this and referred me to Martin Exclusive Realty.

I had just moved to Charlotte from Atlanta for a new job and I did not know the area or any people to guide me in the right direction. I called Darryl Martin with Martin Exclusive Realty and he took total control of the problem. My job keeps me extremely busy and out of town a large amount of my time, Darryl catered to my schedule preparing tours of 4 to 5 developments every Saturday until we found the one that best suited my needs. It was trail and error at first as I did not even know what it was exactly that I was looking for, but once Darryl had shown me several floor plans and subdivisions he was able to zero in on exactly what I was looking for. Stacey Brown-Randall fell into our lives like a guardian angel in July of 2006. When my husband and I decided to begin looking for a new home, we knew exactly what we wanted.
